Returns: We accept returns within 30 days from the date of purchase. To be eligible for a return, the following conditions must be met:

1. Product Condition: The item must be in new, unused, and unworn condition. It must be free from any signs of wear, damage, or alterations. All original tags and labels must be attached.

2. Proof of Purchase: You must provide proof of purchase, such as an order number, receipt, or packing slip.

3. Reason for Return: Please specify the reason for the return. We accept returns for reasons such as sizing issues, defective products, or if you are dissatisfied with your purchase.


Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email notification to confirm that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If your return is approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original payment method within 10 business days.


If you need to exchange an item for a different size, color, or style, please follow the return process as described above and then place a new order for the desired item on our website.

Return Shipping

You are responsible for the cost of return shipping. We recommend using a trackable shipping service to ensure that your return is received by us. JGZ is not responsible for items lost or damaged during return shipping.

Non-refundable items

The following items are non-returnable:

  1. Gift Cards: Gift cards cannot be returned or refunded.
  2. Clearance or Final Sale Items: Items marked as clearance or final sale are non-returnable.
  3. Hygiene Products: For hygiene reasons, products like underwear or swimwear cannot be returned unless they are unopened and in their original packaging.
